The Greenlake Village PCC opened to the public on 06/04/2014. Located in the Greenlake Village mixed use building, this new grocery store occupied 27,000-square-feet of first floor space. It was by far the largest PCC Market, rivaling in size a Whole Foods store. The food-buying cooperative began in Seattle in 1953, and grew to 10 stores by 2014.
