The commercial building at 445-449 Divisadero Street was listed in the San Francisco Call on 05/13/1910. The classified ad described it: "445-47-49 Divisadero st., west line, bet. Fell and Oak. New improvements consisting of store, concrete basement, with baker's oven, and 2 flats of 6-7 rooms and bath each, well constructed and bringing in monthly rental of $152; lot 25x106:3." (See G.H.
