The apartment building at 135 Capp Street was listed in the San Francisco Call on 05/13/1910. The classified ad described it: "135 Capp st., east line, close to 16th and Missions sts. One of the busiest centers in the Mission district. A handsomely finished building containing 12 apartments and 3 rooms, bath and reception room each; 9 apartments completely furnished, wall beds, etc.; rents $300 per monthl lot 30x105." (See G.H.
