The clubhouse was a small, gable-roofed building with a shed-roofed addition on one side. The side toward the water had two sets of French doors to open the building. It was sheathed in thin clapboard siding. A thin, metal, chimney flue perched on the rooftop. It was a much more modest clubhouse than that of the Seattle Yacht Club also located in Port Madison.
