The Seattle Yacht Club's Port Madison facility consisted of a clubhouse with a fireplace, piano, television, wi-fi, and complete kitchen. The clubhouse also contained bathrooms and showers. The grounds included spaces for grilling, volleyball, horseshoes and a children's play area.
The clubhouse of the Port Madison Outstation was a cross-gabled with an octagonal tower and a covered terrace whose roof was supported by paired columns. It was painted white c. 2013.
