John Lloyd Wright's design for the Dr. Thomas Mooney House was featured in a Sunset magazine article, "Storage walls--handsome, flexible," vol. 110, no. 2, 02/1953, p. 66. The article showed built-in shelves and drawers for the storage of china and magazines, all set behind a flexible, accordion-style door. John Lloyd Wright (1892-1973) was a son of Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959), and a fine designer in his own right.
