This hotel serving the port city of San Pedro, operated c. 1885. The hotel consisted of two parts by this time, although the two structures may have housed originally two separate businesses. One two-story portion was a gable-roofed building with a two-story porch wrapping around it. It had clapboard siding and double-hung windows. A false-fronted building, three-stories in height, stood next door and was probably incorporated into the hotel at a later date. The double-height balcony sheltered the fronts of both structures, giving the impression that they formed a single business.
