This wood-frame residence, occupying a difficult, strongly-sloping site, was erected in 1978, and was designed in a starkly modern style. It was built on a 6,838 lot, triangular in plan, standing at the intersection of Ravenna Avenue NE, 25th Avenue NE and NE 85th Street.
