This plain, wood-frame building had two doors and a garage door lining its main facade. Thin clapboard siding sheathed the walls, while a flat roof with a parapet covered it. While the City of Seattle Traffic Engineering Division had its office here, c. 1950, an equipment yard was located on one side.
