Architect Frank Cox produced the design for this small and relatively nondescript office/theatre building.
Demolished; the City of Covina razed the theatre and the surrounding commercial block of offices and stores in 04/2005. The building could not, the city said, be economically upgraded to current seismic standards. The Covina Performing Arts Center replaced the Covina Theatre on the site in 10/2007.
