A Seattle Times news article stated of the Pilgrim House: "The house, designed by the architectural firm of Bain & Overturf, was built by William Scott Vorwick. The development is on 38th Avenue North, north of East Madison Street. Pilgrim House is a one-story, contemporary residence, containing 2,500 square feet of floor space.
