The Boller Brothers designed a relatively small number of movie theatres in Southern California, including the 1,931-seat Fox Stadium Theatre. The Boller Brothers used what is known as "stadium seating" here, as a rear "balcony" was accessible through stairs in the main auditorium and was not cantilevered. The Fox Stadium closed in about 1960, and became a synagogue after that.
