The original owner sold the house for $2.1 million c. 2010. The Adams House occupied a 43,037-square-foot lot. A Deasy/Penner and Partners real estate advertisement said of the dwelling: "A long gated drive leads to this private view promontory providing panoramic vistas of Nichols Canyon, privacy and security. An interior garden entry opens, fusing the interior public spaces, covered terrace and surrounding outdoor living areas. A focal hearth centers the living room. Floor to ceiling glass walls envelope the formal dining, kitchen and breakfast rooms. Master with en-suite bath, guest bedroom, bath and convertible den."
