It is unclear if this hall was erected. An article in the Seattle Times, 04/09/1909, stated: "The building committee of the I.O.O.F. met recently to consider the plans submitted by the architect for a new building for lodge purposes. They have adopted the plans for a two-story brick building, 75 by 182 feet with a pressed brick front. It will be located on the corner of Sixth and F Streets where the Coffin Brothers big store was.
