The Grange Warehouse, operated by the grandson of Waterford's founding Baker Family, sold barley feeds and hay to local farmers. The warehouse was a utilitarian rectangular building, sided by metal sheets, topped by a metal gable roof. Two gabled attic vents perched on the peak of the gable. Entrance was gained through a large door placed centrally on a gable end of the building.
