Unbuilt; John Graham and Company produced this multi-purpose parking garage-bus terminal design to occupy a site across from the Olympic Western Hotel, as it was known in 1963. The garage was to contain spaces for 716 cars on 11 floors, two of which were below ground. Part of the structure was to serve as a bus terminal for commuters to the Seattle-Tacoma (Sea-Tac) International Airport. A skybridge was to have connected the garage to the hotel.
