Griffith Hall, named in honor of Franklin T. Griffith, was dedicated on 10/18/1931.

Composed of cement blocks, Griffith Hall, had the familiar styling of a medieval armory, with Gothic Revival ornamentation and castellations on the parapet. It had a tripartite layout, with a central pavilion flanked by set-back wings. The central pavilion itself had three bays, the central one demarcated by two engaged towers that sported castellation above the parapet line.
