The Elite Theatre operated for just one or two years (c. 1891-1892) at 317 Jackson Street. (See "Eugene Clinton Elliott, A History of Variety-Vaudeville in Seattle from the Beginning to 1914, Appendix I, [Seattle: University of Washington Press, 1944], p.66.) The Elite Theatre stood nearby another small, short-lived theatre operating at the same time, the Club Theatre at 309 Jackson Street.
