The Club Theatre operated for just one or two years (c. 1890-1891) at 309 Jackson Street. (See "Eugene Clinton Elliott, A History of Variety-Vaudeville in Seattle from the Beginning to 1914, Appendix I, [Seattle: University of Washington Press, 1944], p.66.)

Demolished; this theatre would have been located on Jackson Street about one block west of the Union Station built in 1911.
