In 1911, M. Miyagawa served as the Proprietor of the New Central Hotel located at 655 1/2 Weller Street in Seattle's International District. At this time, the hotel advertised its modern conveniences--steam heat, baths and electric light. (See Polk's Seattle City Directory, 1911, p. 1015.)
