This municipal office building accommodated workers formerly housed in the 8-story Valley Municipal Tower, which was closed to complete seismic repairs following the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, Named for Marvin Braude (1920-2005), a social science professor, businessman and City Councilman who served between 1965-1997, the building cost between $33-34 million to erect.
