Building Notes

Weinstein Architects + Urban Designers LLC received a Commendation Award from the American Institute of Architect (AIA), Seattle Chapter, in 2011, and an AIA Washington Award for Civic Design in 2012 for the KCLS Kenmore Library, Kenmore WA.

The library contained a 9,000-square-foot underground garage for patrons.
