The 2-story office building at 500 Fairview Avenue North contained 24,400 gross square feet, 22,213 net. Land and building had an assessed value of $3,483,000 in 2012, according to King County. Between 1992-2008, the property changed hands five times; on 07/15/1992, 500 Fairview, Incorporated, sold it to Yuasa-Funashoku America, Incorporated, who then sold it to 500 Fairview LLC for $3,350,000.00 on 06/10/1999; UAN LLC and MSI Triangle LLC paid $4.8 million for it on 03/27/2003. The Nelchina Point Limited Partnership procured it from them on 1/14/2005 for $5,700,000.00; the new owner, BioMed Realty Trust, Incorporated, bought it 1/28/2008 for $3.9 million.
