This nine-story office tower occupied the northwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and South Westmoreland Avenue. Its exterior was composed of identical, cast-concrete panels, each featuring a rounded rectangular opening, its long axis placed vertically. The facade's elevation view resembled a uniformly perforated computer punch card. The building stood opposite the magnificent Bullock's Wilshire Store (1929). Unlike many office buildings, the first floor was not devoted to income-generating retail storefronts.
