This Modern skyscraper housed Bankcard Services c. 2012.

This office building. located on the northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and South Westmoreland Avenue, clearly expressed its structure, emphasizing its rounded, engaged, reinforced concrete columns that ran all the way from the ground floor to the attic story. The rhythm of the columns created pronounced bays, with windows set deep within each. Texture on the exterior was provided by the vertically-scored, concrete spandrels under each window. In 2011, the taxable value of the land was $2,634,570, and of "improvements," (buildings), $12,067,279. The Los Angeles County Assessor indicated that there were two improvements on the parcel, one completed in 1973 (the office tower) contained 219,352 square feet, the other (a multi-story parking garage located to the north) from 1972 had 152,880 square feet. The Los Angeles Metro Wilshire/Vermont stop was located nearby to the Wilshire Center, the line running underneath the building. Across the street, Parkinson and Parkinson's great Bullock's Wilshire Building (1929) stood.
