This Santa Monica City Hall was a Mission Revival Style building, erected c. 1910, with three floors, stucco walls, scalloped parapets, tile roof, and a corner tower. Los Angeles architectural firm, Russell and Alpaugh, proposed a new building in 07/1924, which was not built. A new WPA-era municipal administration building superseded the Mission building in 1939.
