Group 4 Architecture, Research + Planning Incorporated of South San Francisco, CA, designed this combined Mitchell Park Library & Community Center, a single structure that replaced two separate buildings. Flintco Pacific, Inc. Folsom, CA, served as the General Contractor, while the Turner Construction Company of San Jose, CA, acted as Construction Manager. Funding for the new facility was provided by the passage of Palo Alto Measure N passed in 2008.
