This small commercial building occupied the lot just to the west of the Town House on Wilshire Boulevard, and was connected to it via a one-story hallway. It had Neo-classical detailing, with a squat first floor and tall piano nobile. Windows on the second were trimmed by swan's neck broken pediments. A cornice with a dentil band graced the parapet line. The building was included in the Los Angeles County Assessor's parcel record (#5077-007-025) for the Town House next door.
An alteration to the building occurred in 1945.
