The architectural firm of Sutton and Weeks designed the Jackson Place building in 1907.
This six-story brick warehouse was rehabilitated to become a retail and office building. The front facade had seven bays, the two outermost having two windows, the rest, three. The first-floor entry was in the center bay. The fenestration had trabeated windows on floors one, three, four and six. Floor two had round-arched openings and the fifth floor windows were topped by segmental arches.
