According to its web site in 2012: "Nikkei Manor offers 50 private apartment units in three sizes: studios, studio alcoves and one bedrooms. All are carpeted, and feature private, handicapped-accessible bathrooms, and kitchenettes. Monthly rates include three meals a day (sample menu: English | Japanese), laundry, housekeeping, and linen service, assistance with 1-2 showers per week, assistance with dressing and grooming, daily activities, utilities (excludes phone and cable), and regular maintenance upkeep. In the Spring of 2012, the University of Washington Department of Landscape Architecture focused its design/build studio at Nikkei Manor; the students involved produced a garden here for the residents that was dedicated on 06/08/2012.
