Lincoln Plaza was a long, rectangular, 8-story office building sheathed on the exterior by sandstone, with marble trimming the front entry. Each floor contained approximately 11,206 square feet. Architects provided for an underground two-level garage, containing 57,132 square feet and capable of holding 200 vehicles.
A renovation in 2006 replaced HVAC equipment and remodeled lobby spaces and common interior spaces.
