The Louis Crollard House was part of the 147-building Grandview Historic District in Wenatchee, WA, the city's first local historic district. The Crollard House, dating c. 1928, was a cross-gabled, two-story dwelling, with a projecting front porch on the first floor and a large gabled dormer on the second.
