Built c. 1909, the house at 1405 Kellam Avenue, Los Angeles, CA, was made a L.A. Historic Cultural Monument 222, declared: 06/06/1979; it is a scarce remaining house done in the Mission Revival Style. In 2018, the Los Angeles County Assessor indicated the house had six bedrooms and two baths.
