Architect Carl F. Gould's own house, "Topsfield," was located nearby at 2380 Upper Farms Road.

Demolished; this two-story residence was destroyed by an early-morning fire on 02/26/2012. The residence was said to have been a century old, but a nearby guest house was left undamaged.
