The George C. and Grace E. Kincaid House (formerly with the address of 849 Via Somonte) had a later address of 812 Via Conejo on lot 9, block 1537, tract 6884 in Malaga Cove, Palos Verdes Estates. Architect J.A. Lord served as Architect for the Kincaid House, while Winchton Leamon Risley was a Consulting Architect. C.K. Broneer was the Building Contractor. The Kincaid House appeared in the Palos Verdes Bulletin, August 1930, p. 8.
