This small restaurant, featuring fresh Mexican food, was operated by Shannon Wilkinson, a one-time producer of the "Top Chef" television series. Wilkinson opened the establishment in 05/2011.

The Little Water Cantina was outfitted with a prominent bar composed of a large slavaged piece of timber resting on recycled concrete blocks. Its prominent free-edge contrasted nicely with the rectilinear formation of blocks. Construction of the bistro emphasized green construction.
