Erected in 1919, the Princess Theatre in Prosser, WA, originally served 300 patrons. It operated as a cinema until the mid-1980s.

A fire destroyed the 1919 in 1946, and it was rebuilt to seat 400. Restoration occurred on the Princess in the 1990s-2000s by Marcia and David Raymond to reopen the facility as a performing arts center.
