In 05/1918, R.F. Going owned this two-story, brick building located on the northwest corner of East 9th Street and Santa Fe Avenue. He leased it to S. Davidson, a one-time employee of the Los Angeles Tanning Company, who opened a new business wholesaling hides and leather bags.
