Building History

The Reid Brothers' Pacific Union Club Competition entry did not win and remained unbuilt. The competition was won by San Francisco architect Albert Pissis (1852-1914), although Pissis's winning design was not built. Designs by MacDonald and Applegarth and Sutton and Weeks placed second and third.
