Building Notes
In 1938, four architectural firms had their offices in the Portland Railway Exchange Building: Cash and Wolff (Room #216), Whitehouse and Church (Room #619), David L. Foulkes (Room #528) and Arthur Glenn Stanton (Room #528). (See Portland, Oregon, City Directory, 1938, p. 2144.) Five firms in 1938 had their offices in the Pittock Building.
A drawing of the Railway Exchange Building was featured in the Portland Architectural Club's Yearbook, 1910,and would have been exhibited at the club architectural display of that year.
