This drinking establishment, originally called "The Bureau," was renamed "Huber's" before 1920. With the onset of the Prohibition, Huber's became a restaurant, featuring its roasted turkey, which was given away to drinking patrons previously. In 1910, Huber's Saloon changed locations, from 1st Street and Morrison Street to the Railway Exchange Building, where it has remained.
