This small two-story, two-unit apartment building was moved out of the way of US Interstate 5 construction in 1960. Over 5,000 properties were either demolished or moved to make room for the Tacoma-Seattle-Everett Freeway, completed in 01/31/1967.

Like many Seattle buildings of the 1950s, this apartment house was covered in Roman brick.
