Southwest corner of 5th Avenue and Union Street

Located on the southwest corner of 5th Avenue and Union Street, the Sawyer Building was in operation c. 1917. At this time, the Olympic Building was located next door on the south of the same block. Across 5th Avenue to the east, stood the Kennard Building.
