Alteration

For its restoration of the Del Mar Theatre, Santa Cruz, CA, the architectural firm of Arnold Lerner and Associates was awarded the Governor’s Award for Historic Preservation by the Art Deco Society of California, and the California Preservation Foundation Award for Rehabilitation/Restoration in 2003.
