Building History
Terry Brown led the Zervas Group, Architects, design team of Chris Bigos, Terry Brown, Lee Hall and Sarah Allen on the Lynnwood Convention Center. Howard S. Wright was the General Contractor. Consultants included: BRC Acoustics, CDi, CPD, Coughlin Porter Lundeen, Structural, Civil and Seismic Engineers; GRA; JLR; Perteet Engineers, Planners, Surveyors; Sparling electrical engineering consultants; TRA Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Interiors; Zipper Zeman Associates, Incorporated, engineering services.
Building Notes
This 34,000 square-foot facility could serve 720 persons for dining, 1200 for general assemblies. In 2011, SMG Private Management for Public Facilities, of West Conshohocken, PA, operated this convention center.
