This restaurant was located in 1897 in a small, one-story building near the corner of Pike Street and 1st Avenue. At this time, it operated all night. The building that housed the chop house also accommodated Shute's Baths and Charles and Company. It stood next to the Bon Marche Department Store #2.

Demolished; the armory was torn down in 1963.
