Donahou Design Group and Charter Construction contracted with Emerald Bay Equity, LLC, to design and erect this mixed-use development, comprised of 57 residential units (comprising the top three stories) set on top of a base of post-tensioned concrete. A green roof will top the structure. The work was set to begin in summer 2011.
