Building History
Turner Construction Company served as the General Contractor on the 325,000-square-foot Seattle Waterfront Marriott Hotel. An eight story building, the Marriott contained 358 guest rooms and suites, a ballroom, meeting rooms, and a restaurant. Engineering for the single-deck garage was challenging as it lay 15 feet below the water table.
