Architect Wyman was preparing plans for the Garlow House in 10/1903.
George A. (born 12/1857 in PA) and Nettie W. Garlow (born 05/1857 in PA) lived at a house at 408 South Malabar Street in Huntington Park, CA. In 1900 and 1910, the US Censuses indicated that Garlow was a "hair and scalp specialist." They had one son, Russel A. Garlow, who was born c. 1901 in CA.
