This extensive two-bedroom house was designed to stretch out on one story across a large lot. It had an ample master suite (with sewing room, dressing room and bath), guest room, library, living/dining on one leg of an L-shaped plan. The other leg contained the kitchen, servants quarters and attached garage. A indoor/outdoor living space, called by Stoddard the "pavilion," jutted obliquely for the outer angle of the L. The exterior was to be covered in stone and shingles and had a cross-gabled roof plan. Although the house has been assigned to Seattle, WA, it is unknown if it was located here or on the east side of Lake Washington, or, for that matter, if it was built.
